Spa Guidlines

 

*IMPORTANT – PLEASE ADVISE YOUR TECHNICIAN OF ANY HEALTH ISSUES OR ALLERGIES THAT MAY PROHIBIT CERTAIN TREATMENTS.

 

Check In – We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Remember, you are here for relaxation, so please turn off cell phones upon arrival. Please expect to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.

 

Cancellations – For cancellations, 48 hours is appreciated. To avoid fee, 24 hours notice is required. No-shows will be charged 100% of service fee.

 

Gift Certificates – The perfect gift for weddings, showers, anniversaries or any occasion. Please note that gift certificates expire one year from purchase date, and balances may not be used for gratuities. Failure to keep a scheduled appointment will forfeit gift certificate.

Parties – We will gladly accommodate private parties, and work with you to personalize the ideal package for your occasion.

 

Children – We love children! However, for your relaxation as well as others, children are not permitted in the spa area.
